The house, projected for an engineer friend, had to be resumed in the rural scale of the place. It was planned for it to be all in a single fl oor, separating two concrete volumetric forms at the level of the granite existent wall. The wall gave the geometry of the design Bedrooms, kitchen, studio, garage were all to be found down. All of it opening with doors and huge windows to the exterior. The living room shows the complete space of the construction (10 metros) and inside the house it becomes enormous. The suite is located up (suspended by the framework), with a window “mirandoal- mar” (facing the sea) of the Afife beach, and with a habitable roof to enlarge the house. The exterior fl oor seems a “laying down wall.”
