En Blanco
The En Blanco Architecture Magazine is an international research publication focused on architecture made with exposed concrete. Initiated in 2008 by ETSAV and Cátedra Blanca Valencia, En Blanco approaches architecture from an interdisciplinary perspective, covering both buildings and public spaces.
The uniqueness of the En Blanco magazine lies in its dual structure: on one hand, it focuses on the formal and material research of each architectural project, and on the other, it delves into more abstract and theoretical aspects that surround and define a project and its critical analysis.
The magazine is divided into two main sections: WORKS and RESEARCH. These sections offer two distinct but complementary research approaches, enriching knowledge in the field of architecture with exposed concrete. Moreover, En Blanco supports studies on new materials, sustainability, and the environment, emerging topics in the scientific world.
