The Company's main activity is the publishing and sale of architectural publications.

7- Conditions of Purchase
7-1- Availability and prices of products
The products offered on the Website, and their prices, will be available for purchase as long as they are in the catalogue of products displayed on the Website. Prices are valid except for typographical or computer errors. Users are requested to access updated versions of the Website to avoid pricing errors.
7-2- Applicable taxes
The prices of the products displayed on the Website include the Value Added Tax (VAT) which, where applicable, may be applicable.
Purchases to be delivered within the territory of any of the member states of the European Union will be subject to VAT.
Purchases to be delivered in territories of non-European Union member states, or in the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla will be exempt from VAT.

7-5- Purchaser’s rights and our return policy
The Company guarantees its customers the right to cancel their order at any time and at no cost provided that the cancellation is communicated before the order has been made available to the carrier for shipment.
We also guarantee your complete satisfaction in all your purchases, so we are committed to refund in the following cases:
If the product ordered does not meet your needs, the return will be accepted at the customer's expense for shipping and collection. The product must be in perfect condition, including the original packaging, and once we verify its condition in our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the amount through bank deposit / credit card depending on the way you made the payment, so you must include in the order that is returned to us a note with your full name, bank details for transfer and the reason for the return.
If the product is defective or does not correspond to what was ordered, the Company will assume the cost of return and reshipment; if this occurs, we also ask you to keep and return the product in its original packaging and include a sheet indicating your full name, bank details for making the transfer and the defect in the book.
In any case, the communication must be made within seven calendar days of receipt of the shipment, either via email: info@tccuadernos.com or by telephone: (+34) 963950443.
Once the return period has expired (7 calendar days from receipt of the order), returns will only be accepted if the product is defective, and the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs due to the fact that the return period has expired.
8- User Consent
It will be understood that the user accepts the conditions established by clicking on the "Confirm my order" button.
9- Modifications to the conditions
The Company reserves the right to modify, develop or update the General Conditions of this Website at any time and without prior notice. The User shall automatically be bound by the document in force at the time of accessing the Website, and should therefore periodically read this notice.
10- Applicable law and jurisdiction
All disputes or claims arising from the interpretation or execution of this Legal Notice shall be governed by Spanish law, and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Valencia.
