TC 64- Eduardo Souto de Moura. Recent Works
The Portuguese architect Eduardo Souto de Moura is considered an outstanding student of Álvaro Siza. This issue aims to show the evolution of its architecture in recent years, from a beginning essentially conditioned by the figure of Mies van der Rohe (“the architecture of precision, of the search for perfection in the successive purification of some elements and arguments constants ”) towards an architectural practice that shares the interpretation of the needs of the place with the search for precision as a constant, both in housing works and in large-scale projects.
