You have the right to return any book within 7 days from the date of receipt. 

Returned books must be in good condition and unused, preferably in their original packaging.

Within a maximum period of 15 days from receipt of the return, we will refund the amount.

Before making the return, please send us an email so we can tell you how to send us the order and the procedure to follow.

If the reason for the return is that the book is defective or is not the one you ordered, we will pay for the cost of the return and the new shipment. If the reason is that you are not satisfied with the order, we will refund the cost of the book but not the shipping costs.

The refund will be made once the returned order arrives at our offices and with the same payment method you have used: either it will be credited to your credit card or to your PayPal account.
