Perrault is one of the most recognized French architects with the greatest international projection, and his works extend geographically throughout Europe and many places in the world.

For Dominique Perrault, the incessant transformation of spaces has as a consequence the increase of its complexity, its disparity, its expansion and its density, although it cannot be satisfied with a single architecture, whose terminology would be summarized in a few words: "walls, doors, facades and ceilings". Since then, his work consists of thinking of architecture as an entire element of the landscape: for Perrault, "the material of architecture today is not inexorably glass, concrete, metal, but space as it exists, as it infiltrates and just as it is circulating".
