Loading. Emerging Architecture
The fifteen projects gathered in this monograph respond to a selection of works carried out by young architects from all over the world with one thing in common: all of them studied at the MArch postgraduate school of Architecture and Design.
They represent the first ten years of their programs and are distributed among Spain, Portugal, Italy, Argentina, Uruguay, Mexico, Colombia, Chile, Armenia and South Korea.
The term emergent refers to what is born or sprouts and this is due to the fact that, in some cases, these projects represent the beginning of the trajectory of the architects collected here.
All the projects brought here, very diverse and different from each other, with both housing and industrial programs, when analyzed in depth, have a series of aspects that allow a link to be established between them, such as the demand for detail, the honesty of materiality, adaptation to particular environments and the interior/exterior relationship; the contribution of innovation and that innovated tradition.
