Timeless modernity, with Alejandro de la Sota

Tax included

The undoubted interest of this book is the attempt, once again, to specify in the History of Modern Architecture (Modus Hodiernus) the terminology of the phenomena that generate this new Architecture. All done in this case, through the figure of the Spanish architect Alejandro de la Sota, one of the masters of Modernity in our country.

There is a very specific objective in this Doctoral Thesis: through the thought and work of Alejandro de la Sota, to try to define a TIMELESS MODERNITY as a concept capable of summarizing an entire option of Modern Architecture.

The interest of the result obtained is undoubted in that current architectural criticism needs greater precision in the analyzes that it develops and that so often are reduced to dialectical excursions of empty content.
