TC 119/ 120- McCullough Mulvin Architects
Founded by Valerie Mulvin and Niall McCullough, McCullough Mulvin Architects works in cultural and public buildings mostly in Ireland, with the premise of defining a new public profile in a changing society, working with the diffused light and the severe Irish materiality.
Its practice is focused on very particular contexts, making a multilayer architecture with sublimated references that reflects the specific response to the place and context, the configuration of modern interventions in existing buildings, open research into materials and forms, which can occur at any scale.
Their work also extends to residential and urban projects, as well as editing books and other research work.
